The new year has finally begun

Well, I have finally cracked the new year.. and have managed- to my relief -to tidy up the Christmas decorations..I am never quick with this as it takes forever- and have been known to have the Christmas decor till March, hahaha.
I had taken a few days off and have taken the opportunity to get going on a big tidy up.
Tidy cupboards- tidy hallway- fresh flowers- what's there not to love!!
In the meantime I am working on some new projects.. of which this is a peek..
As it has been bitterly cold and now very drizzly, I am working on some dog-couture.Small dogs, it seems, get cold quicker and could do with a jumper or a coat, ridicuolous as it may seem...
And here is Millie modelling the cotton first stage of the coat..
And Thomasina , helpful as always, assisting with the dog-jumper...

I will see you soon when more can be revealed....

Dearest Bea,

This is hilarious as at first I thought I'm looking at my own pantry. Not the containers so much but the contents! You seem to have about the same grocery list...
Your sweet canine will be very vain, once that outfit comes off the needle. Thomasina knows how to use her (ending of 'a' must be feminine) hands on that sweater! Is she threading that needle all by herself?!
Enjoy your lovely family members and keep them warm. Our pets are so lucky for having found love and shelter!!!

A big hug to you for being so productive and loving.
