Ah, German Marzipan Stollen! We finished ours 'before' Christmas... Sorry! Hope you will have a Merry 2nd Christmas day (Boxing Day for you now) versus nothing here in the USA. But for us, we always keep the Christmas spirit till Epiphany, otherwise it is way too abrupt. Love to you,
